I like your site. The pictures and music are very good also. I especially like the video because I get to see the group really singing. I sing also and know and love the doo wops. Very good..

As someone who has loved oldies as far back as when they were on the top 40 list, I think that I can speak with some authority about "our" music. In that regard, I think The Memories albums that I possess, "Lost and Found" and "Shaking It Up," are the best representative of the music of the fifties and early sixties that I have been able to find anywhere! Your group is really authentic which is a nice surprise to me. Most of what you get, as it regards oldies, is pretty much junk!! So, thank you for your talent and your contribution to the history of "our" music. As I know it, your history indicates you are entering your 5lst year in show business. Wow!! Please keep it up for all of us who remember. P.S. Could not find you CD here but was lucky enough to receive them from my pal on the east coast.

NOTE to Pierce Banner from Ohio. Yes, that was The Memories performing at the Vocal Group Hall of Fame induction concert. In fact, The Memories performed for the first three VGHOF induction concerts. Also, Lou ( a group member ) performed again at another induction concert where he sang backup for Mary Wilson ( The Supremes), and Charlie Thomas (The Drifters.) The Memories are big supporters of the VGHOF and it's purpose. If you get a chance, please visit the VGHOF Museum, and while there go see the Memories exhibit case. Thanks for your interest in The memories, we really do appreciate it. signed: All the guys. Ron, Charlie, Rob, Neil, Lou, Rick, Glenn and Mike.
